We are looking for a bookkeeper to cover a maternity leave.  It would be full-time for the summer, with possible part-time until January.

Vanderlaan Installations in Brighton has been providing the local area with quality products and installation services on exterior renovation projects for over 30 years. We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper/Administration person to join our team!
Responsibilities and Duties ·

Data entry in QBO system ·
Process weekly payroll and employee expenses ·
Onboarding of new employees ·
Organize benefit and RRSP/DPSP programs ·
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Client Billing ·
Prepare bank deposits ·
Reconcile monthly bank statements ·
Call customers to arrange installation dates ·
Compile and collect installation paperwork ·
General office duties: order supplies, answer phone calls, greet visitor
Qualifications and Skills ·

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) ·
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work ·
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills ·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task ·
Enrollment in an accounting or office administration program would be an asset
