Need to train your employees?
This financial assistance provides an opportunity for you to invest in your workforce, with help from the government.
• Funding is available to small, medium and large businesses with a plan to deliver short-term training to existing and new employees
• Employers are required to contribute a portion of the total costs

Employers looking for funding must:
• Employ the individual selected for training or hire them upon training completion
• Be licensed to operate in Ontario
• Apply for training that is delivered in Ontario
• Maintain appropriate workplace insurance and comply with all applicable federal and provincial labour and human rights legislation

Eligible costs may include:
• Tuition or other training provider fees
• Textbooks and other required materials
• Mandatory student fees
• Examination fees
