• Must be willing to be crossed trained on Baking/Storefront/Drive Thru & Deli
• Some lifting required in addition to going in/out of a freezer
• Delivers consistent, prompt, and outstanding guest service and strives to enhance guest experience
• Uses proper procedures to maintain efficiency and accuracy
• Effectively communicates to handle any complaints and promptly makes it right
• Follows all restaurant operations standards and guidelines
• Follows proper hand washing techniques and all sanitation guidelines
• Works in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and follows safe work practices and procedures
