·         Provide fresh tasty baking for our customers.

·         Follow food handling and safety standards.

·         Have great organizational skills, both with equipment and tracking of product and ingredients used.

·         Ability to multitask.

·         Must be able to stand for hours.

·         Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen. It is the responsibility of baker to ensure

the whole kitchen is cleaned to Health and Safety Standards.

·         Ability to think outside the box and to adapt. Can use vegetables to make vegetable trays etc.

·         Assist with other departments as needed.
