Job Type: Part-time 25 hours a week

Description:

We are looking for a super dynamic individual with an awesome personality who is passionate to assist a young woman with finding meaningful employment working from home, increasing her social skills and fostering greater independence. This role involves doing mock job interviews, assisting with applying for positions, teaching life skills and building confidence.

Responsibilities include:

-Teaching life skills such as grocery shopping and cooking etc.

-Supporting the client in finding meaningful employment online working from home

-Engaging the client in practicing mock job interviews

-Helping to declutter client’s closet and sell unwanted items online

-Creating opportunities for connection both in and outside the home

Ideal Candidate:

-Very patient, knows how to motivate without being pushy or demanding

-Genuinely cares and interested in making a huge difference

-Very good at brainstorming and knows how to access outside resources

-A self-starter who works well independently

-Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

-Excellent spoken English to conduct mock job interviews

-Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required

-Comfortable working in a non-smoking, in-home setting

Benefits:

-$22.00/hour with a net pay of $550.00/week for 25 hours
