Bancroft IDA is looking for a Home Health Care Clerk to assist in our Home Health Care Section. 

Skill/Experiences required:

–       Great customer service

–       Self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

–       Attention to detail and problem solving

–       Ability to work in a fast paced environment

–       Comfortable with one-on-one customers (measuring, showing how products are applied/used etc).

–       Comfortable going into customer’s homes if needed

–       Setting up programs either on-site or out in the community

–       Willingness to take some courses as needed, either on-site or out in a group setting 

–       Ability to learn and adapt to other areas as needed
