The Community Resource Centre is a multi-service community hub with locations across the Killaloe, Barry’s Bay, and Whitney regions. We offer innovative holistic programs to support children, youth, adults, seniors, and families to learn new skills, build on their strengths, access supports and services, and work together to nurture positive individual and community growth.

We are currently recruiting an Early Childhood Educator for our Kidz Kastle locations in Barry’s Bay. This is a maternity leave position, from January 2026 to December 2025. There is a possibility that this will become a permanent position.

In Barry’s Bay, you will work with children aged 12 months to 6 years old at the Kidz Kastle Daycare. We provide care for children with a rich learning environment, child-led play, circle time, crafts, nutritious snacks, and lunches, quiet time, and year-round outdoor play. Kidz Kastle also offers before and after-school programming for school-aged children. The children participate in various supervised fun activities including crafts, outdoor play, reading, and homework time.
Qualifications
Must have ECE or RECE
Experience with and a love for working with children
Vulnerable sector check (within the last 3 months)
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
