Position Title:             Student Labourer

Busy lakeside Marina in Apsley requires seasonal help ideal for students looking for summer work.

• This will involve working outdoors in the hot sun and will require agility to climb in/out of boats requiring attention. Some landscaping duties will include cutting grass as well as using the weed wacker.
• Duties will also include cleaning boats, pumping fuel, working in the store, scooping ice cream, operating the cash register and directing canoe rental clients on their arrival.
• Weekends are required and a reliable vehicle will be necessary as we have no public transportation.
• Work is both indoors and outside, dress is casual comfortable. Clientele is very friendly and working at a marina is a great place for a summer job.
• The position ends on the labour day weekend though we may be able to offer hours around your school obligations through the fall if wanted.
