Position Title: Site Supervisor/Team Leader

Full/Part-time: Full-time

Wage:             $35 +/hour (commensurate with experience)

Location:         Gilmour & surrounding areas

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee residential construction projects in the Gilmour and Bancroft area. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on construction experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage small crews while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities
• Lead and manage a team of up to 4 labourers
• Interpret and execute work based on architectural and construction drawings
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and timelines
• Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers as required
• Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed
• Monitor material usage and report site progress

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experiencein residential construction
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Hands-on experience across multiple trades (framing, finishing, general carpentry, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• Projects located within approximately 1-hour radius of Bancroft
• Mix of new builds, renovations, and general residential construction work
• Outdoor and physically demanding work environment

Compensation & Growth

Competitive hourly wage starting at $35+/hour, based on experience
