INSURANCE SALES AND SUPPORT

Position Description

Our high performing team is seeking an Insurance Sales and Support Representative. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude. As a team member you will need to be able to listen to & identify client needs and assist accordingly while meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities include

· Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

– Assist Sales representative in completing sales and transactions.

· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

· Collect information from clients in order to update their profiles

· Retain continuous awareness of transactions and update records

· Provincial licensing courses will be offered & the OTL license must be acquired before start date.

Qualifications Include

· Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening

· People-oriented

· Self-motivated

· Pride in getting work done accurately and timely

· Ability to work in a fun team environment

· Property and Casualty – OTL License is required before start date. Study material and exam cost will be provided.

· Clean criminal record check and favorable credit check required for licensing
