Previous experience with small engines and marine systems 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair small engines and marine systems 

Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tune-ups, winterization, etc) 

Maintain accurate service records and documentation 

Provide estimates for repairs and communicate with customer as needed 

Ensure work is completed safely 

Maintain tools, equipment and clean workspace
