Must have excellent computer skills

Must have a valid G drivers licence with a clean driver’s record

Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule including willingness to work overtime and weekends

Maintain a keen sense for detail in all aspects of work

Take direction and constructive criticism from supervisors, managers and owners

Assist in the maintenance and safe keeping of company-owned equipment, tools and facilities

Mechanical background would be an asset

No parts or service writing experience necessary, will train the appropriate candidate

PARTS SUPPORT- Assist in specific functions within the Parts Department to ensure efficient flow of parts into and out of the department with accurate and timely accounting of all parts purchased and sold over-the-counter, onto RO’s and directly to other departments.

SERVICE SUPPORT – Assist in selling service work, managing workflow within the department and between other departments, ensuring accurate and timely accounting of quotations, estimates, invoices and technician data.

WARRANTY WRITING – Manage the warranty claims process from start to finish ensuring all warranty work performed is accurately documented and billed in a timely manner enabling the Warranty Department to function as a profit centre within the business
