We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office
Duties
- Greet our guests in a warm and professional manner
- Must give excellent customer service including resolving issues and addressing inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage incoming calls and handle inquiries efficiently
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, updating information and maintaining account records
- Utilize computer systems (Google docs included) to organize and file documents accurately
- Process financial transactions
- Ensure the front desk is organized and welcoming
- Collaborate with other members of our team to ensure efficient operations
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in typing and computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for clerical tasks
