Position:  Front Desk/ Office Administration

Full/Part-time:   Part time approximately 32 hrs a week, some weekends and some long weekends

Details:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office

Duties

  • Greet our guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Must give excellent customer service including resolving issues and addressing inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage incoming calls and handle inquiries efficiently
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, updating information and maintaining account records
  • Utilize computer systems (Google docs included) to organize and file documents accurately
  • Process financial transactions
  • Ensure the front desk is organized and welcoming
  • Collaborate with other members of our team to ensure efficient operations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for clerical tasks
