30 hours / week, flexible schedule

$20 / hour to start or depending on experience

Duties:

-Act as keyholder for industrial building property and monitor storage sites

-Responsible for meeting with contractors and ensuring materials are on site

-Perform general maintenance duties (e.g. weed eating, small painting jobs, minor repairs)

Requirements:

-Valid G Driver’s License, ability to drive company truck

-Responsible and reliable

-Excellent communication skills

-Ability to perform physical tasks required
