County Shores Campground & Resort is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to support full property operations during the 2026 season.

This is a hands-on operational role responsible for maintaining campground systems, equipment, grounds, and guest readiness throughout the busy season.

Primary Responsibilities

Equipment & Property Operations
 • Weekly maintenance of mowers, carts, RTVs, and equipment
 • Oil checks, greasing, blade maintenance, and preventative care
 • Shop organization and tool management
 • Minor plumbing, electrical, and building repairs
 • Property inspections and weekend readiness

Water & Utility Systems
 • Assist with water system testing and monitoring
 • Complete water testing certification (training provided if required)
 • Support regulatory log documentation
 • Monitor fuel, propane, and system levels

Grounds & Site Support
 • Assist with lawn cutting and trimming as required
 • Maintain and service grass cutting equipment
 • Support overall cleanliness and property standards

Waste & Septic Operations
 • Perform septic pump-outs for seasonal and short-term guests
 • Operate honey wagon and manage waste systems

Boat Rental Support
 • Prepare rental boats for guest use
 • Fuel checks and operational readiness
 • Dock and boat shed organization
