Canteen Staff (Marina Student)

Reporting to the Supervisor of Marina Operations, the Canteen Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the patrons of the Marina as well as assisting in the day to day operations of the canteen, including preparing food, cleaning up, counting inventory and counting cash.
Requirements: A minimum of six (6) months of work experience in a customer service or food service role, or a related field, is required. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to service customers in a positive and friendly manner. Basic mathematical and computer skills are required for working with the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Remuneration: 2025 Student and Part-Time Wages Level 1 – $17.70/hr
Note: This is a part time summer student position without a set number of hours. Shifts will be primarily evenings and weekends in July and August.
