Bancroft IDA is welcoming applications for a positive and enthusiastic individual to add to their established team.

The Cashier/Merchandiser reports to the Front Store Manager.  The Individual will assist in promoting the store within the community as well as work with others to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

·         Maintain a positive work environment.

·         Communicate clearly and openly with customers and fellow employees

·         Adhere to all company policies and procedures

·         Process customer transactions and lottery transactions

·         Restock shelves with products and maintain displays

·         Other responsibilities as assigned

·         Verbal and written communication skills, self-directed

·         Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
