JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Home Delivery Specialist will work in a two-person team in one of two main roles interchangeably, functioning as either the “Driver” or the “Navigator.” The team transports, delivers and installs appliances and furniture.

Start Time: Onsite at 6:15 am sharp!
Finish Time: After delivery completion.

MUST Haves:
– Unrestricted G license – Abstract provided as proof.
– No documented criminal history – Background check provided as proof.
– Desire to deliver excellent customer service.
– Be Coachable / Trainable / Teachable – SOP Compliance Training
– Clear and Proficient Communication
– Be physically able to perform heavy team lifts at duration.
– Availability to work a variable schedule. (until route completion)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Driver:
– The safe and responsible driving, maneuvering and parking of a 26-foot box truck with liftgate.
– CVOR Compliance (Daily circle checks, Maintenance and Hours Logs …)
– Driving box truck from warehouse to residential, retail, and commercial customers at urban and rural
addresses following a preassigned route.
– Ensuring that the interior of the box is organized and clean. That all content is secured during
transportation.
– Maintaining a clean and organized cab space
– Lifting heavy (100 lbs +) stuff with a smile

Navigator:
– Navigating the truck from delivery stop to delivery stop.
– Full responsibility for all load and delivery documentation, both paper and digital.
– Direct communication with customers in person, by phone call, message through the delivery app and text.
– Customer greeting and delivery introduction.
– Pre delivery walk through and assessment.
– Lifting heavy (100 lbs +) stuff with a smile
