Birch Cliff Lodge is looking for an enthusiastic seasonal Cook to join our team!

This position requires an individual who is passionate about the food they are preparing to ensure a great dining experience for our customers.

The Cook is responsible for the preparation, presentation, and plating of cooked meals as directed by owner / manager . You must have experience in cooking. You must be organized and have the ability to multitask. Need to possess a current Safe Food Handlers Certificate. If this sounds like you, then let us know!

Some tasks for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• putting away stock on delivery days ensuring items are getting properly rotated, so must have the ability to lift and carry items between 30 and 50 lbs.

• preparing meals as directed, by following standardized recipes

• Exceptional customer service 

• works very well with others

• proper communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Starting wage: $18.00- negotiable based on experience.
