🌟 What You’ll Do:

As a Barista, you’ll be more than just someone who makes coffee—you’ll be a key part of our customer experience. Your role is to create a welcoming environment, handcraft high-quality beverages, and connect with customers in meaningful ways that brighten their day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and connect with customers, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Take and customize orders while providing thoughtful product recommendations
• Prepare high-quality beverages and food items in accordance with Starbucks recipes and standards
• Educate customers about our menu, coffee origins, and brewing methods
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace that meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Replenish inventory, stock supplies, and help manage product displays
• Support your team and contribute to smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment
• Take initiative to improve store performance and customer satisfaction

• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• A passion for customer service and building connections
• A team-player mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Action-oriented and motivated to contribute to a positive work environment
• Open to learning through online training, classroom instruction, and hands-on mentorship
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
