We are Hiring a Service Advisor:

You create a great first impressions and guide the customer through the maintenance scheduling process and repair of their vehicles. A master at executing all the service processes with due diligence and customer service and safety in mind. You uphold the dealership’s standards and values so that customers are fully satisfied through every interaction with the service department while fostering excellent relationships with personnel in all areas of the dealership.

What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:

• Greet customers on the phone or in the Dealership promptly and in a courteous manner.
• Recommend and schedule vehicle maintenance & repair
• Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs and review details of service/repair invoice with customer to gain their understanding of all services provided
• Exceed customers’ expectations.
• Present a positive image of the dealership,
• Build a clientele
• Be successful.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Holds a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 2 years customer service or sales experience

Salary:

• $70,000 per year potential for high achiever.

Work Environment:

• Exclusively at the Dealership interfacing with Customers and all other Departmental Personnel
