Job description

  • Plan, organize, direct control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Manage labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management
  • Control food and paper costs using order guidelines
  • Monitor weekly and monthly inventory costs
  • Responsible for daily cash procedures
  • Ensure that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection
  • Resolve guest feedback
  • Coach and discipline Team Members as needed
  • Lead by example by following all Tim Hortons policies and procedures
  • Participate in the recruitment process.
