What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of retail or customer service leadership experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a sales‑focused environment
- Minimum high school diploma or GED

Requirements
- Ability to work full‑time, often exceeding 40 hours per week
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
