Position: Administrative Assistant
Employer: Robinson’s Filter Solutions – Combermere, ON
Position Details
- 34 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Starting wage: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to office management
- Enter and maintain accurate records in company systems
- Support invoicing, routing, and daily office operations
- Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating office activities
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Follow office procedures and company policies
- Complete assigned tasks and projects as directed by management
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks is required (QuickBooks Online is preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new processes and systems
- Ability to follow direction of a supervisor and carry out instructions accurately
- Comfortable receiving feedback and implementing changes as needed
- Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team
