Boyer Chevrolet Buick GMC Bancroft is looking for a friendly, organized, and outgoing Service & Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team.

This is a communication-focused role that involves:

• Making and receiving a high volume of phone calls
• Scheduling service and sales appointments
• Communicating with customers by phone and email
• Updating customer information and activity in our dealership systems
• Following up with customers and helping keep our team organized

We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone, communicates well, enjoys talking to people, and is highly organized.
