Position:                              Equipment Operators – winter operations

Location:                             Bancroft

Full/Part-time:                 20-40+ hours per week; hours may vary between seasons and depending on weather

Salary:                                  $18-$26 per hour. To be negotiated based on experience and skills

Details:                                

• Work will include equipment operation and snow removal/ice control and sanding during winter season; including but not limited to shovelling snow; operating snow blowers; operating UTVs and tractors with various snow removal/ice control attachments
• Class G Driver’s Licence and clean abstract required. Experience operating equipment required (i.e. loaders, snowplows, etc.).
• Must work well in a team environment
• Must be physically able to lift 20kg bags of salt
• Must be polite (interacting with customers), punctual have ability to accurately complete reports (timesheets, activity logs, etc.) and ability to follow instructions both written and verbal.

Positions involve work during inclement weather (i.e. snow, ice). Hours of work vary and include evenings; overnight and weekends.
