Position:                       Data Entry/Customer Experience.  Part-time (30 hours/week)

Position Type:             $18.75 Hourly (non-commission) + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with new and existing clients in a professional and friendly manner
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term retention
Collaborate with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively
Represent the company positively in all communications
Work independently while contributing to overall team goals

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with a variety of people
Patient, personable, and socially confident
Comfortable working on social media platforms
Highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client relations is considered an asset
