Position: Travel Advisor

Location: Belleville (on-site)

As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and accurately handling domestic, transborder, and international travel arrangements. You’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ travel dreams to life.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong focus on customer service
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Apollo, Galileo Vacations, and airline/wholesaler booking platforms is considered an asset
Education and Experience:

Previous experience in a retail travel agency is preferred (2–3 years ideal)
An existing book of business is considered a strong asset
Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism is an advantage
TICO Certification is preferred. If not currently certified, candidates must be willing to complete certification within 3 months of employment
Hours and Work Location:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
In-person work required at our Belleville office
