💼 About the Role
A local Financial Planner in Belleville is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Assistant to support a growing insurance and financial advisory practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and contributing to a hi professional, client‑focused environment.
You’ll work closely with a licensed advisor to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional client service, and efficient administrative workflow.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
Manage client communications (phone, email, scheduling)
Preparing client files, forms/documents required for appointments/ meetings
Contacting head office and other organizations via phone calls, emails
Salesforce administration
Organize documents for insurance and financial planning
Maintain files, records and track client tasks, frequent follow
Coordinate meetings and frequent follow ups
Provide general administrative support to the advisor
Sending emails, letters, scans and faxes
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal, written communication and customer‑service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Phone etiquette- answering and calling clients, booking appointments
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Comfortable with Windows application- Word, Excel, Outlook with decent typing speed
Organizational and time management skills
Experience in insurance or financial services is an asset, but not required
Preferably Mutual fund licensed or willing to purse in future.
Support advisors service activities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
💰 Compensation & Benefits
$20.00 – $21.00 / hour to start, depending on experience
