Part Time Cleaner

This position is for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows cleaning standards, and can work independently. Position does not come with housing accommodation.

Summer Camp Counsellor

In this position you are to provide primary care to campers within, and outside, of your designated cabin group. As a counsellor, you will travel to different program areas and implement activities based on pre-planned curriculum. You will ensure that general camper needs are met throughout the day and provide the necessary support and care to those campers. Some of the weekly tasks that you will perform are, assisting in camp wide activities as scheduled such as special event days, wide game, campfires etc. Work with your co-counsellor to provide a successful camp experience for all your campers and plan and lead nightly devotions and special activities with your cabin group. Room and board included. Requirements: Must be born in 2009 or a previous year for this position.

Summer Camp Counsellor/Lifeguard (waterfront staff)

In this position you are assigned to a cabin of campers with a co-counsellor, and during activity times lead our waterfront activities. During all camp (wide) swim you would be responsible to lifeguard at the swimming area and jumping tower/tube. Must be available for staff training and at least 4 weeks during the summer. Room and board included.

Requirements:

– Must be born in 2009 or a previous year for this position.

– Lifeguards must hold valid NL and SFA certifications.

– Assistant Lifeguards must hold valid Bronze Cross and SFA certifications.

– Pleasure Craft Operator Card is an asset but not required

Summer Camp Maintenance Assistant

This position is for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to support the overall upkeep of the property in collaboration with our Property Manager. Tasks mostly include general labour, repairs, and minor fixes to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable handling a variety of hands-on tasks such as basic repairs, equipment upkeep, painting, and assisting with maintenance projects as needed. Position does not come with housing accommodation.

Summer Camp Cook

The Cook is responsible for assisting the Head Cook in daily meal preparations, helping volunteer kitchen staff and ensuring the kitchen is properly cleaned after meals. The Cook is responsible for supporting the Head Cook with all assigned meals and snacks (breakfast, morning snack, lunch, dinner, and an evening snack.) The Cook will occasionally be required to prepare a meal without the assistance of the Head Cook. 18+ applicants preferred. Room and board included. Open to applicants who wish to live off-site.
