Northern Crown Custom Builders is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer or Experienced Carpenter to join our team full-time starting this spring. This role involves working directly alongside the lead carpenter on residential construction and renovation projects in the Bancroft area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with framing, finishing carpentry, and general construction tasks
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
• Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow instructions while also working independently when required
• Support project completion on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

For Labourer Applicants:

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Bancroft area

For Experienced Carpenter/Builder Applicants:

• 3+ years of hands-on carpentry or building experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Skilled in framing and/or finish carpentry
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Own basic hand tools preferred
