Lot & Shuttle Driver — Boyer GM Bancroft
Location: Bancroft, ON

Position Type: Full-time (entry level) — some Saturdays required

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Lot & Shuttle Driver to keep our dealership running smoothly and our customers smiling. You’ll split time between driving customers to and from appointments and maintaining an organized, professional vehicle lot.

What You’ll Do

• Safely shuttle customers to/from home, work, or local destinations
• Move vehicles around the lot and service bays; fuel, park, and stage vehicles for delivery
• Keep the lot neat and photo-ready: line-ups, window tags, key control, snow/ice clearing around vehicles as needed
• Perform quick cleans: remove mats, wipe touch points, quick vacuum when required (full detailing team handles deep cleans)
• Help with dealer trades and parts pick-ups/drop-offs
• Assist Service Advisors with flow: pulling vehicles up, returning vehicles to customers, tire storage runs
• Complete basic paperwork and use a phone/tablet for dispatch updates
• Help clean and maintain the dealership inside and out.

What You Bring

• Valid Ontario G driver’s licensewith a clean driver’s abstract
• Strong customer serviceskills and a professional, courteous manner
• Comfort driving various vehicles (cars, SUVs, trucks; some with trailers an asset)
• Ability to work on your feet, outdoors, in all seasons; able to lift 25–50 lbs (tires)
• Reliable, punctual, and organized; good communicator and team player
• Eligible under our commercial auto insurance policy

Nice to Have

• Experience in a dealership or automotive setting
• Winter driving confidence and lot organization experience

Schedule

• Full-time:40 hrs/week (day shift), some Saturdays on rotation
