Customer Service Associate – Taste of Country

Do you love working in a fast-paced retail environment where every day is a little different? Taste of Country is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Associates to join our team. As part of a small country business, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

Provide friendly, attentive customer service at the till and throughout the store
Stock and organize a wide variety of products, including frozen foods, bakery items, alcohol, and specialty gifts
Keep displays fresh, full, and inviting for our customers
Maintain clean and organized aisles to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock to meet quality standards

A positive attitude and passion for great customer service
Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things neat and organized
Flexibility to help wherever needed—whether it’s stocking shelves, running the till, or assisting with deliveries
Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)
