What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the construction of decks, pergolas, fences, and other hardscaping projects.
• Help with site preparation, including measuring, digging, and laying foundations for structures.
• Carry out various construction tasks like mixing concrete, installing posts, and cutting materials.
• Assist in the assembly and installation of deck boards, railings, and other components.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas.
• Operate hand tools and machinery as needed, following safety protocols.
• Support team members in various construction or manufacturing projects.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects to the highest standards and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in construction or manual labor is an asset but not required.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Physical strength and stamina, as the job involves lifting and manual labor.
• A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve a common goal.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and machinery is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Available to work 12-hour shifts.
