Zenula Health is looking for a Client Care Assistant  for its  growing rehabilitation center in Belleville

The Accountabilities

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, patient service skills, and accuracy in what they do. The role is responsible for creating a welcoming, patient-centered environment while seamlessly delivering administrative work and responding to the needs of patients and clinic staff.

-Assist practitioners with client care

-Prepare treatment rooms for the next patient including sanitizing all surfaces, keep track of supplies in each room and re-stock as needed, empty and replace garbage bins.

-Create a welcoming rapport while escorting patients to the treatment room.

-Apply and remove modalities from patient i.e., Heat, Ice, IFC, TENS (training provided)

-Manage clinic supplies & create orders when required.

-Laundry – wash, fold and restock.

-Clean and put away physiotherapy care materials, gym equipment

-Daily sanitizing of general clinic surfaces and keep the floors clean.

-Ensure the Entrance, Treatment rooms, and Waiting Area are always clean, tidy, and uncluttered.

-Assist with product sales 

-Covers for the Receptionist duties including:

-Administrative functions such as photocopying, faxing, sending out invoices and statements, contact practitioner’s office or hospital for patient’s information. 

-Greet and assist patients either in person or on the telephone addressing inquiries e.g. appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations.

-Effectively manage, update, and accurately maintain patient databases, scheduling appointments, preparing intake forms and taking payments from patients and balance “day- end” receipts. 

-Attend business networking meetings representing Zenula Health.

The Qualifications & Requirements:

-A kinesiology degree/ PTA/OTA certificate is an asset.

-1-2 years of customer service, administration, or receptionist experience is preferred.

-Ability to work well and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment through excellent client service skills, problem-solving, detail orientation, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.

-Strong verbal and written, including electronic communication skills.

-Sales experience is an asset.

-Computer proficiency

-Must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $18/hr based on experience

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, Full-time
