Our team is currently hiring a: RN and RPN Students – PSW for summer relief

What will you do?

-Participates as a member of the home multidisciplinary team to provide care (including hygiene, grooming, dressing, bathing, transferring, toileting, and mobility), assistance, and supervision for residents of the home

-Assists residents with their meals and nourishments.

-Cleaning duties as required

-Documentation of care

-Must represent, understand, and be committed to the Mission and Values of the home

-Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Fixing Long Term Care Act, 2021, and their regulations in performing duties safely and following all Crown Ridge Healthcare Health & Safety policies, procedures, and legislation

What will you need?

-Successful completion of at least one year of a recognized RN or RPN program with ongoing enrolment for the next year. Proof required.

-Good communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization

-Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always

-Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently

-Vulnerable sector check that is less than 6 months old at the time of hire

-TB test steps 1 and 2 proof and 1 step in last 6 months until two step obtained in last year.

-CPR, First Aid- an asset
