Position: Service and Sales Appointment Coordinator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and every other weekend 8 to 12
Salary: $18.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and book service and sales appointments professionally and confidently.
• Identify customers’ primary concerns and schedule the necessary service appointments promptly.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Answer all incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document conversations and update customer records after each interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with service and other internal teams.
• Stay informed about dealership products, services, and customer needs.
• Prepare memos, correspondence, reports, and other essential documents.
• Uphold Boyer GM’s standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
• Interact with callers and visitors in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Punctuality and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Professional appearance and eagerness for continuous improvement.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven track record of positive customer interactions and satisfaction.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and type 40+ WPM.
• Essential experience in outbound sales or cold calling.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
