About the Role:
This in-home position, located in a non-smoking environment in Belleville, focuses on empowering a client to develop life skills, enhance social interactions, and achieve personal goals. You’ll serve as a positive role model, fostering confidence and independence every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

-Support the client in building social skills through activities and 1:1 interactions.

-Assist client with finding and pursuing meaningful job opportunities.

-Maintain a positive and supportive environment at all times.

-Supervise and guide cooking, baking, grocery shopping, and other daily tasks.

-Teach essential skills like cleaning, banking, and managing a household.

-Provide encouragement to improve communication skills with the phone and in-person.

-Attend medical appointments for support when needed.

-Help the client use online platforms like Marketplace for selling items.
