● Skilled in wood framing, interior and exterior woodwork, and

formwork for concrete.

● Experience of using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels, sanders, saws, and nail guns.

● Knowledge of building regulations and codes to be adhered to.

● Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

● Valid driver’s license.
