Northern Rural Net is looking for responsible and highly motivated Remote Sales Associates who are ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidates will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Representative will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Remote Sales Representative Job Duties:

  • Meet with customers to drive product sales and knowledge
  • Demonstrate advanced products knowledge
  • Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures
  • Make sales appointments with clients
  • Teams with other employees and utilize tools provided to make sure that product is available
  • Generate new leads by advertising, communicating and or meeting with consumers
  • Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product, and educate on referral incentives
  • Meet with sales management to help them effectively sell products
  • Find new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
  • Discover how to market products to new users
  • Understand how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
  • Use the Internet to push products to a given target market
  • Work with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
  • Meet with other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers
  • Discover target markets and advantages of other companies
  • Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge
  • Always look for new ways to make products attractive to customers

 

 

Sales Consultant Skills and Qualifications:

Time-Oriented, Friendly, Sales, Product Knowledge, People Person, Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Writes Reports, Presentations, Public Speaking, Product Demonstration, Strategy, Sales Reports

Expectations:

Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction

Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem

Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized

Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers

Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features

Sales experience an asset, but not required.
