Contractor Salesperson & Customer Service

Rashotte Home Hardware Building Centre has been a family owned business, since 1922. This is a full time position requiring 40 hours per week; requiring open availability to work Saturday/Sunday. This will be a dynamic career where you can grow, and includes benefits.

This position requires at least 2 years of building materials experience. You must also have excellent problem solving skills in regards to scheduling deliveries of product and adjusting products ordered based on availability. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with product info, processing of orders, and invoicing. You are required to have extensive knowledge in all areas of building supplies where, in turn, you will build a strong rapport with our suppliers/vendors. You will be the main point of contact for contractors and will communicate with management as necessary. Top notch communication and interpersonal skills are necessary as you will be assisting our main contractors who have extensive workloads/multiple projects and sometimes bring forward concerns.

Must be computer literate, and willing to learn new programs or systems as needed.
