We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced Pizzeria Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available during all shifts.

As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that consistently follows brand standards to ensure that we keep our customers satisfied so that they return often and recommend us to others.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members work towards providing the best tasting pizza on time and as promised.

  • Manage the pizzeria in an effective and efficient manner while maintaining superior customer service and satisfaction
  • Provides direction to the team during shift; acts as a coach and mentor, role modeling the expectations of customer service and upholding company standards
  • Coach, educate and motivate the team to maintain a high-quality customer service experience
  • Provides leadership within the pizzeria; recognizing and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence
  • Coach assistant managers and supervisors through “people management” activities to assist them with development and practice of their skills
  • Constantly monitor staffing levels and recruit proactively utilizing available tools and systems to ensure sound selection of candidates
  • Manage customer loyalty through Listen 360, POS reports, email and positive interactions with the Customer Care Centre
  • Ensure cleaning and maintenance schedules are followed to maintain cleanliness of equipment and pizzeria in general
  • Build sales and maximize profits by effectively interacting, developing, and communicating our company and customer expectations to the entire team
  • Perform cost control procedures, prepare financial accounting and reporting, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and efficient labour management
  • Dispatch orders for delivery to maximize ATD times and efficiencies
  • Provide effective Dough Management, Prep Management and equal assignment of duties
  • Accountable for scheduling all pizzeria staff and contract delivery drivers taking into consideration, sales history, trends and daily labour
  • Manage food costs to within targeted variance
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Identifies opportunities for sales building through community involvement
  • Executes local store marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and loyalty
