Be Clean, Hygienic

Have Food Handler Certificate

Have Previous Experience As A Baker, Team Member, Or In Fast Food Is An Asset

Have A Willingness To Learn And Try New Things

Are Responsible, Trustworthy, And Punctual

Have The Ability To Work On Your Feet For Most Of Your Shift

Reliability And Ability To Work Flexible Hours

Scale ingredients according to recipes

Cut, weigh, scale, measure and place dough in bins

Follow recipes for various products

Hand roll bagels, follow procedures to produce products

Keep the area clean and put away utensils in the proper location after use

Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures

Sort and package products as needed
