We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced office administrator to join our real estate team. Do you enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the success of a dynamic sales office?
The primary responsibility of this position is providing excellent customer service to our clients, supporting our real estate agents, ensuring file accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized office.
Responsibilities:
- Great clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanour
- Communicate effectively with lawyers, sales representatives and management
- General administrative duties such as creating emails and correspondence, photocopying/scanning, data entry, managing phone calls and schedules
- Organize and maintain filing systems, archives and electronic files
- Broker Load – input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents, enter listing information and appointment instructions into BrokerBay
- Contribute to marketing and advertising projects to help build a social media presence
- Maintain client database in CRM software
- Office cleaning and maintenance
Qualifications: · Deadline driven and exceptionally organized · Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy and managing shifting responsibilities · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Administrative skills, real estate, legal or marketing experience · TRREB, WEBForms, GEO, Lonewolf and/or Google Suite experience is an asset · Experience in an office or administrative role preferred · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills |
