Junior Sales Position

The results driven-sales representative will actively seek out and engage customer prospects in order to boost revenue growth and profitability

Job Summary

The Junior Sales position is a great place to start your career at Voice Directed Tally Systems, Inc.

The intention of this position is to provide a training ground for the junior rep to be able to graduate and take on their own account base

While assisting the management team (for 6+ months depending on performance) in every aspect of the partnership between Voice Directed Tally Systems, Inc. and our customers, the junior rep will learn our services, markets, industry and the Voice Directed Tally Systems, Inc. sales process

This individual will be a direct point of contact for our customers and management team to assist in services and sales inquiries, expediting the sales process and following through with customer requests

Responsibilities & Duties

Selling products and services to prospective customers to meet their needs

Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members

Keep abreast of the market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

Proven work experience as a sales representative, a benefit but not a requirement

Professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people on all
levels

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skill

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
