Belleville – reports to Lead Hand

Hours:                       

Full-time (rotating 12-hour shifts)  

Salary:                        

$16.50/hour             

 Requirements:         

Excellent knowledge of operating machines

Good judgement for making quality parts to specification

Work well with minimum supervision and attention to detail

Patient and mature individual

High School Diploma

Blue-print reading skills

Good mechanical aptitude

Good work ethic

Basic math skills

M/C set-up experience

MS Excel skills

Must abide by all health & safety rules and have demonstrated commitment to good housekeeping/organizational practices

Maintain good working relationships with others

Strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of work, including active participation in company committees, project teams and relevant job training

Commit to self-development goals as discussed with supervisor and attend all company sponsored training

Duties:                      

Regular inspection of manufactured components to drawing requirements

Keep machine running to standard specified on PRS and process instructions

Work with set-up/lead hands to ensure that production schedules are met

Can include Bake Out and Fire and CNC

Other related duties as required

Performance measured by daily output, quality of parts and by deadlines being met
