Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Renovation work including demolition, digging for foundation work, replacing windows, painting, etc

Yard work and waste clean-up

Qualifications:

Previous experience in renovations and / or construction preferred

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable and responsible, ability to work well within a small crew

Physically fit, able to do digging, lifting, etc. for extended periods
