Job Title: Delivery Driver

The delivery driver will be responsible for delivering filled water bottles to residential and commercial clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a dedication to representing our brand in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver filled water bottles to assigned locations.
• Load and unload water bottles, ensuring that they are handled with care and delivered intact.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues.
• In the ‘off’ season fill water bottles as needed by store and for delivery
• Some sales may be required in store during off season.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Collect payment or signatures from customers when required.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are well-maintained and report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all safety and driving regulations while on the road.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any incidents or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy water bottles (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment:

• Majority of work is performed outdoors and on the road.
• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Starting wage: $20/hour
