Job Duties & Responsibilities:

An established company specializing in software technology is looking to grow their team

Employer will provide on-the-job training

Assist customers with installing company software

Provide customer support through the “how to use” stage, provide ongoing assistance as needed

Communication with clients will be primarily over the phone or via email


Must have reliable transportation to Shannonville location

Excellent customer service skills

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
