A Canadian call center in Kingston is seeking multiple call center representatives for their retention and claims departments. The position includes cell phone insurance programs, repairs, and replacements. This position starts at minimum wage, wages to increase based on performance.
Assist in the repair of cellphones that are insured through the company
Responsible for customer service in-bound calls
Analyzes defective equipment to determine cause of trouble and ensures the equipment manufacturers response for warranty coverage
Maintains customer maintenance records
Tracks and records registration and inspection due dates and ensures compliance
3-5 years in a retail or customer service environment preferred
Must be FRENCH bilingual
Ability to communicate with customers tactfully, respectfully and effectively.
Able to make repair and replace decisions regarding equipment needs based previous training.
